1 dead, 6 injured. Fourth arrest (17-year-old). Charges dropped against 16-year-old gun supplier. Mayor Reeves pushing downtown curfew for teens: school nights 11pm-5am, weekends 12:01am-5am; exceptions for work, school, emergencies, with parents. Penalties: $500 fine for minor and parent, possible community service. Pensacola City Council stalled the curfew proposal after lengthy debate on Aug 11 – no vote taken, still in play. First council vote originally Aug 13, now uncertain. A separate Aug 5 shooting injured 4 juveniles. Aug 10 shooting at 850 Daiquiri Bar – victim caught in crossfire, no arrests yet.
