The Odyssey plans a large-format theatrical return

The film is planned to return to roughly 1,000 U.S. theaters on December 11, including IMAX and 70mm, after its mid-November in-home release. A reported $1.8 billion worldwide gross gives the re-release a major commercial backdrop, but no advance-sales or audience data are available yet.
