Ethereum Recursive STARK Mempool Proposal Extends Quantum-Resistance Roadmap

Vitalik Buterin's proposed EIP-8288 would use recursive STARK aggregation to reduce the cost of quantum-safe signatures and potentially support privacy, flexible cryptography, and account abstraction.
