Rose Quarter Redevelopment Faces $2B Funding Gap

ODOT plans a five-week southbound I-5 closure beginning Sept. 11 for work tied to the $3.5 billion Rose Quarter project. Trucking, freight and regional traffic disruptions are expected, while the broader redevelopment still has an estimated $2 billion funding gap.
