Affordable Housing Financing Boost

Oregon Housing and Community Services launched a Permanent Loan Program to fill a critical financing gap for affordable housing, reviving a program dormant for nearly two decades. Additionally, state grants for housing production in Albany, Happy Valley, and Medford aim to support 8,143 future units.
