Saints release running back Kendre Miller

New Orleans released Miller Saturday after he logged 137 offensive snaps and 20 recent carries; the team has not stated a reason. Claims that production or injury history prompted the move are commentary, not an official explanation. The resulting backfield workload and Miller’s next destination remain unresolved.
