Affordable housing and neighborhood business initiatives move forward

PHA is advancing a planned 129-unit, two-LIHTC development at 11th and Berks, with a projected $70 million cost and an October 13 public-comment deadline. Separately, Penn and Community College of Philadelphia launched a tuition-free academy to help West Philadelphia businesses build revenue and employment plans.
