NCAA transfer, coaching and roster rules remain unsettled

The NCAA approved a single 10-day post-Jan. 1 football transfer window, including while playoff teams remain active. The Division I Cabinet has proposed eliminating coaching limits and considering related recruiting-visit and playing-season changes; these proposals remain unsettled and have no reported Ohio-specific impact.
