Colts Routed 42–7 by Jaguars for Fourth Straight Loss

Indianapolis fell to Jacksonville 42–7 on Nov. 1, its fourth consecutive defeat, and dropped to 2–6 after trailing 28–0 at halftime. Jones threw two interceptions before Richardson replaced him, Taylor had 23 rushing yards and a fumble, and Downs scored the lone Colts touchdown. Steichen said the team lacked energy and will evaluate every position, adding to questions about the offense and rebuild.
