Devin Williams’ Health and the 2027 Closer Role

Devin Williams is out with shoulder fatigue/strain after a 4.66 ERA season, leaving the Mets’ closer role uncertain. Austin Warren’s return from a forearm injury adds a relevant bullpen depth consideration, though his 2027 tender is unconfirmed.
