Council Approves South Lake Tahoe Mid-Town Area Plan

City Council approved the roughly 780-acre Mid-Town Area Plan 4-0, establishing a framework for density, parking, transportation, recreation, arts-oriented development, and a major land exchange. Implementation questions remain around evacuation access, beach views, event and VHR fees, and a possible Boys & Girls Club indoor facility.
