ICE operation near Canton school raises coordination questions

ICE says five people were arrested about a quarter-mile from Hulsing Elementary after six individuals ran toward the school; agents did not enter school grounds, and no one entered the school. The shelter-in-place lasted just over an hour, and Canton police and the district said they had no advance notice. Rep.
