Finals venue uncertainty persists amid Gateway capacity crisis

Atlanta may have to host potential Finals Games 3, 4, and 6 at approximately 3,500-seat Gateway Center Arena instead of State Farm Arena, whose capacity is roughly 17,000-20,000. Recent commentary emphasizes the attendance, atmosphere, and league-growth implications, but no venue change or confirmed alternative has been reported; Gas South Arena, McCamish Pavilion, and Georgia State’s Convocation Center remain unconfirmed.
