Hendersonville overnight vandalism investigation

At least 16 Harbor Hills-area properties were damaged with racist and homophobic graffiti, vehicle damage, and other vandalism. Police identified two juveniles using neighborhood canvassing and video evidence and are seeking juvenile-court petitions; questions about motive, restitution, and community security remain.
