Cowboys Add Quarterback and Safety Depth

Dallas reportedly signed Kyle Trask to its practice squad after Philadelphia moved Joe Milton to its active roster. Juanyeh Thomas has been promoted to Dallas’s active roster and Caelen Carson waived; Thomas’s role is not established. The moves add depth, but any direct-response motive or impact on Dak Prescott’s role is unconfirmed.
